Our go-to cranberry wine. Tart and not too sweet. Perfect each year around holidays. — 4 years ago
She Drives a Plymouth Satellite by Fat Orange Cat Brew Co. is a New England style IPA. I love the name and the artwork. Such whimsy. This beer is a rich expression of the genre with mango and lychee notes. Thick and smooth. It's a delicious smoothy of a beer. @Delectable Wine — 6 years ago

It's a Florida Muscadine Red called
Florida Noble, nice, sweet fruit forward red, tastes kind of bully, jammy, real easy table red.
From Florida which has been making Wine a century before people landed on Plymouth Rock! — 9 years ago
Surprisingly aromatic fruit, nearly opaque, flavors or red fruit with forward cherry and subtle raspberry flavors. The 1 liter bottle was a surprise. — 4 years ago
This is not a sweet fruit wine. Really lovely blueberry flavor on the tart side, just how i like it!! — 4 years ago
Symphony “A GARNACHA ROJA × MUSCAT OF ALEXANDRIA cross bred by Harold P Olmo in 1940 at the University of California at Davis and released in 1983 (Walker 2000).”
My first introduction to Symphony was at Scott Harvey in Plymouth, CA. Jana Wines series “One Last Kiss” white blend (Chardonnay, Mendocino Riesling, Symphony, New York Cayuga). Floral & off-dry, Delicious blend, repeat purchase at the winery.
My next introduction at Michael David in Lodi.
“ These estate grown grapes are some of the first plantings of its varietal in the state.” Floral & Fruity, Lodi fruit, 11% ABV, Love the Muscat qualities, repeat purchase at the winery.
Now, Maple Creek Winery - Artevino - Estate Symphony. Its nice to see Symphony from a cooler climate. White floral, grapefruit & lemon, zippy acidity. Nice seafood wine. 13.4% ABV, would be interested in a sparkling version. Textbook wine, pull up the Symphony page on wine-searcher.com :)

Pretty great. The one that turned me on to navy strength gins. Good in martins or with soda. Great with a splash of water, but really shows it’s colors straight out of the (cold) bottle. Juniper, orange, thyme, a little sweetness. — 7 years ago
Liking this 2013 effort from the Oakville District, Bonnys Vineyard. Earthy, deep dark fruits, plum maybe. Medium finish, medium legs. Before a night of watching the Looney Lutherans Christmas show at the Plymouth Playhouse with some VERY Lutheran Minnesotans!! — 8 years ago
Best Negroni I've had: Plymouth gin and Scarpa vermouth. — 8 years ago
House wine at Hamilton Princess and we liked it very much during our staycation — 4 years ago

Blown away.
Delightful herbal aromatics , and when paired with your favorite tonic, a kafir lime kind of thing cones out and really graces the tongue.
Hard to find outside of España. If you do, grab a few! A cult gin from Mahon in Menorca, Xoriguer is one of the only gins in the world (alongside Plymouth) to have a geographical indication, Gin de Menorca. Gin has been made on Menorca since the 18th century British occupation and Xoriguer commands a devoted following of happy travellers. Unusually, Xoriguer is made in wood-fired pot stills from distilled wine (eau-de-vie) rather than the more usual grain-based distillate, and is rested in oak barrels before bottling. — 6 years ago
A superior replacement for vermouth in a Gin Martini. I’m not a big fan of extra dry Martini but Vermouth can easily overwhelm the Gin. It’s not as fruity and sweet as Lillet Blanc but it’s not as savoury as dry Vermouth. 3 parts Plymouth to 1 Jardesca makes a really good Martini. — 7 years ago
Pa state store. $28. I like gin. This is a good one. — 8 years ago
2013. Just outside the town of Plymouth up in California's foothills there are a number of wineries doing some wonderful things worth finding out about. This is one of them. On the lighter side, complex with terrific acid and balance. 14.5% abv is well integrated. Not sure what those other scores are about. Flawed bottles? — 9 years ago

Move over Cocchi and Lillet! This is perhaps the best quinquina vermouth I’ve had. It’s a good aperitif when served up or chilled, but the extra cardamom kick makes it a great cocktail ingredient. It makes a really good Vesper, but try it on a Bijou:
- 1.5oz navy strength gin (I used Krobar from Paso Robles, but Plymouth or Hayman’s should work great)
- 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
- 0.75 oz ?! no. 73
- olives or cherries — 4 years ago
