Good Rioja for sangria — 2 years ago
Rich tannins, some sense of red berries, terroir, earthy - great for the price! — 3 years ago
Pretty fab. Nose end of life — purple hinting prune — but palate moved like shockwaves. Structure and palate dominated by the wood acids and thick old fruit. Drink or keep, I’ve no idea. — 4 years ago
Medium to high tannins with notes of cherry and tobacco leaf. Bright but dry! My first Tempranillo! — 5 years ago
Aromas of baked apples, apricots, nutty and waxy. On the pallet it’s crispy and refreshing with taste of green apples, creamy with a mid to full body mouth feel. — 6 years ago
Lemon yellow color, with stone, citrus and tropical fruit aromas and herb floral scents. On the palate flavors of crisp apples, grapefruit and pineapple with lemon citrus and chalky notes. Well balanced with pleasant lively acidity, medium+ finish ending with mineral, citrus, floral and wet stone nuances. Nice! — a year ago

Juicy, bright, hint of vanilla on the the nose, candied red fruit. — 4 years ago
Great choice with a good steak. Starts off a bit dry but opens up nicely with some air. A bit musty with ripe cherries, and a hint of dark chocolate. — 5 years ago
Love this wine - soft on the palate, gentle spice (coriander) on the nose. Perfect accompaniment to cooking dinner! — 6 years ago
Non sweet but light bodied. Like a perfect, lightweight, summary pinot. No fruit. Liked a lot. — 6 years ago
A bit shy black and purple fruit aromas on this #riberadelduero. Medium plus body on palate; prominent acidity up front on palate, chewier tannins on the finish but with that tartness just so food friendly for ~$13, excellent QPR. #costcowines — a year ago
Smooth, easy drinking. Absolutely love. — 2 years ago
Derby Wine Estates ‘Project España Red Blend’ 2015: Full-bodied. Nice balance. Exceptional acidity. Notes of black cherry, blackberry, vanilla, oak & earth. Gentle, medium-long finish. Consisting of 57% Tempranillo, 17% Carignane, 14% Grenache & 12% Graciano, this Paso-made, Spanish red blend was rich & jammy with dark fruit brilliance; complex, multi-layered, well-structured. Opened 1 hour prior and it really made a big difference in how the wine drank. All in all, this is a great juice! Wishing everyone a fantastic week! Cheers🍷 — 4 years ago
Blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Tempranillo & 10% Graciano, aged for 6 months in used oak, for this debut offering, deep Ruby with aromas of red fruits, floral and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and red plum with licorice and floral spice. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, good acidity balance, ending with fruit and mineral character. — 4 years ago
Finished in Sherry casks. Very cool savory element to this. Salty minerality and green apple. Very unique but reminds me somewhat of dry Alsace Riesling — 5 years ago
Cool label. Looks like a classy ancient place. Smells ripe. Some licorice and cherry cola on the nose. Hint of fresh Italian herbs. Maybe some lavender. Flavor is complex. Woodsy with the cedar/sauna thing they do so well over there. White pepper. Dry and chewy. It’s got all the right flavors I expect for a good Temp from España. Lingers with a great black licorice and berry compote finish. — 6 years ago
