#1 last night in the 4 bottle blind tasting. We brought this and won with 4 1st place votes. A lesson relearned; gauge your audience, some will bring cheap stuff and luckily win, some go high and it’s too sophisticated for the audience. Generally, if you wanna scope this go for the most popular that sells around $15 — 3 months ago
Dark red berries, pepper and chocolate on the palate. Great now but will be even better in a couple of years — 4 years ago
Xmas gift from Ledcor. Shared w Nathan and charlotte — 3 months ago
Apple pear. Bade dried with a freshness to it. I joked about needing a calibration since I feel like I have phantom oxidation but this was well integrated. I immediately called jura and Paul was shocked. It was an awesome wine. Good minerality and cheesy on the nose. Beautiful color. Definitely an incredible wine. — a year ago
