Elegant but somewhat short. A disappointment for the price. — 3 months ago

Nose of citrus and herbs. Very expressive. Vivid and clean. Palate is fresh, vibrant and energetic. So pure and clean. Juicy, nimble and complete. Has that 2020 roundness but no sense of lack of freshness. Great stuff. Will go perfect with my all fish meal at Brut. — 2 years ago

Rheinschiefer Trocken Riesling

Beautiful creamy with electric acidity balanced out with subtle salinity. The Malo and barrel aging really shines here. — 9 months ago

Sekt Brut Riesling 2018

Love this crisp bouquet, a cold night, still. The stars pristine sharp dots draping the sky. Mineral driven. Apples.

Bracing. Sharp. Energetic acidity with legs, carrying a savory quality through the mid.

Zip and chew. Something to sip and think.

Trocken Spätburgunder 2018

With >200 yrs of family history in Rheingau, this producer naturally grows mostly Riesling, but this PN is stunning. Medium-deep ruby brick color; nose of red and blue small ripe fruits, pronounced spiciness, and new oak but in amounts best described by the Swedish word ”lagom” (just enough); low alcohol but with a respectable structure from acids and small tannins, mouthfilling and a long finish where violets, mint, strawberries, and herbs linger. — 2 years ago
