Elegant and slightly floral, but not too long, and great minerality. — 2 years ago
Peter nogmaals dank voor deze ontdekking. Je mag steeds van deze leuke verassingen meebrengen. Ad libidum. — 4 years ago
Infanticide already drinkable but will be great in 5 to 10 years. White flowers, tangy acidity, great structure, citrus fruit and oyster shells. Balanced, suave, Superb long finish. A super les preuses. — 7 years ago
Aloha Champagne Fridays (this is the inaugural occasion). This is superb for around $20. The label lets your know this is dry all the way. 100% Chardonnay. Yellow apples and light caramel notes. Friends who take my reviews seriously (should proceed with caution) might prefer the Grüner Brut (Szigeti from Austria) from a little while back at this price point. But this is darn good. — 8 years ago

Bougros for me the weakest of the grand crus. Still a tasty lemoney, chalky delight. — 3 years ago
Good experience - the tannins melted away, taste of tobacco, leather. Nose forest floor and mushrooms — 8 years ago
Steely, crisp, medium bodied, a bit tart and dry. Good pairing with creamy pasta, pizza, fish stew. — 8 years ago
Chardonnay in its most seductive suit. Pale gold. The nose hasripe pear, lemon curd, and toasted hazelnut, laced with a smoky mineral edge. On the palate, it’s velvet over stone: generous orchard fruit and honeyed cream cut by crystalline acidity and salinity. It was great now but promises even greater depth as it ages. — 8 months ago
Drinking beautiful — 5 years ago
Fairly rich and modern but still shows its Chablis terroir. Very les clos in style. Massive frame of rich stone fruit followed by textbook oyster shell. Subtle hints of verbena and fresh mandarin orange. This may have very well been my favorite Chablis of the evening. Everyone called it grand cru Chablis blond — 6 years ago

Beautiful. Energetic with a beautiful texture and richness. Lively minerality and persistence on the back end. Really enjoyable bottle. — 9 years ago
