Here at reataurnt El Pastor in Arranda ( Shepard of Arranda.. His father was one. ) we are having amazing dishes of young lamb and Tempranillo. The PG, their top wine is showing remarkably well proving the food and wine relationship, that perfect balance that focuses in on fruit and acidity is paramount to understanding the gems of Spain — 12 years ago

Really cool stuff here! The #furmint grape is the work horse of Hungary in the dry wines and the legendary #tokajiaszu sweet wines. Completely dry this is really cool salty peaches, apple, honey, fresh lime citrus and a stone like minerality on the long, clean and fresh finish. #garagiste #sushi — 10 years ago
Enchanting! Or is it because we know it's from the Canary Islands? Think Etna ( volcanic) softer spoken. Mineral Core w black cherries & herbs. Light frame. Eye opener. Plus cool bottle-no front label, has a pour spout, & less than 20$. Jose Pastor import — 10 years ago
Whoa! Bring the FUNK! @rxwinelab 1st red of the night! Canary Islands from Pastor! — 11 years ago

One of the strangest wine experiences I've had, sometimes Chenin like, other times more like Pinot blanc. Always pretty delicious. — 10 years ago
