Went and picked up my Bedrock shipment yesterday and I was floored by all the wines. This was only one of the wines but the quality in all of them were amazing! Gibson ranch grenache was exquisite and floral, hudson Syrah was powerful and meaty, griffins lair was a perfect example if Cali meets cote rotie. I hate it when people use Burgundian to describe New World wine. But damn if this isn't the most Burgundian Pinot I've ever had from California. Dominated by mineral and earth and structure, with beautiful, quiet, well delineated fruit.
