Bedrock Wine Co.
Pagani Ranch Heritage Sonoma Valley Red Blend
Fantastic summer BBQ or steak wine. Very dark ruby red with a nose that is a mix of freaks black and red berries...blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, a hint of forest floor, cloves, and leather. Loads of fruit but not cooked or jammy. Similar profile on the palate with medium tannins and plenty of acid to keep what might otherwise be a heavy wine very fresh.

Apr 1st, 2014Very dark, rich blue fruits, and bright but still very structured. After 2 hours it's softened some but frankly this still seems quite young.

Apr 21st, 2017Enjoyable big wine but not over the top and easy to drink with a meal. Edge to edge very dark with a nose of brambles, pomegranate and blackberries. Taste was the same but more deep black fruits. Maybe I need to age my Bedrock wines longer so they have time to come together as this one has
