2012. Gold colour. Whiff of cement dust. Like earthy cider. Sea breeze and mushrooms emerge. Balanced, structured. Some heat. Bitterness. Big powerful energetic wine pent up. Long palate. Rich smooth body. Fine Sinewy tannins. Golden heavy silk. Plays in the mouth for a long time — 11 years ago
Damn fine. Bright & alive on the palate, smoky cider & slate. Serious. Thoughtful. Dark grey mineral core. Beautiful late summer rain & wet wool clouds. — 11 years ago
A whiff of children's penicillin medicine, the pink stuff, blows off quickly, revealing a leesy, golden apple and skin detail. Generous, rich texture with nice sweetness, fine tannic dryness and grip, and a fresh, lively core. Finish is long snd pulls off towards bitterness, but stays course nicely. Best MI cider I've had. — 11 years ago

Finnriver Country Peach Brett Cider. Loved this on tap recently & was lucky to fine the last few bottles available in Seattle at the Ballard Farmer's Market. The combination of apple, peach & brett is intoxicating. A cider for sour beer lovers. — 10 years ago
Very tart, dry, funky, and delicious, with a fine, persistent bead. Light in color, and loses some steam on the finish. — 10 years ago
Dried up Apple peel and pear cider on the nose with more pronounced minerality. Very fine and almost creamy mouthfeel. Not quite sourdough, but pretty darn close. Delicious. — 11 years ago
Surprisingly fine! Clean, crisp, fresh honeycrisp apple flavor with a delicate effervescence. Great with Gouda or Cheddar. A little fresh residual sugar makes this great with spicy food. — 11 years ago
Yummy dry cider from the fine folks at Bonny Doon! — 12 years ago
Lots of fine bubbles. Nose of dusty apples, like cider. High accidity, dense, slightly oxidative character. With time develops notes of honey. — 10 years ago
Fine Sidra, crisp and clear with good honest funk--great with garlic anchovy pizza. — 10 years ago
Lavender, smoke, rice cake, sparkling summer river water, ripe, red plum aromatics. Raspberry, plum, light cedar and cinnamon, dry oregano, sandy soils echoing fine grained tannins. Silky, plum oil seductively lounges on your tongue, undulating through the rich black olive and plum cider finish. — 10 years ago
Very pale yellow, fine bubble, notes of apple, pear, apricot, taste of apple cider, lemon zest and yellow plum, refreshing fruity finish, will be perfect for the summer. — 11 years ago
Best domestic cider I've tried. Super fine bubble- tart, tannic. Fantastic. — 11 years ago
Extreme winemaking in the Liebana valley in Asturias (a mountainous region in Atlántico Spain best known for cider. Mineral, atlantic, fresh, plenty of red fruit, cherries and toasted coffee. A great discovery. Local bears also love the grapes. Fine acidity and great length — 13 years ago

Amazing, rarefied nose of butter, quince, and honeysuckle, threaded with a fine scent of cider apples. Lovely balance.
Unfortunately this note was based on what it tasted l like a month ago, as the bottle was now a casualty of the coravin system; opened a month ago, it had lost its vigour and begin to oxidise. The more I use the device, the more I am convinced that it is totally useless with older corks (20 years plus). Certainly the last time I'll ever use it on older vintages, unless I plan to finish the bottle within a week! — 10 years ago
