Probably from last Chambers sampler. 11/8/25 Cold Night. Very dark pour, potent scent out of bottle. Black fruits on nose. Moderate tannins. Solid sediments on second day. — 7 months ago
17.5+ lovely nose, very rich, so unlike Gerard (say) — 7 months ago
Silky, elegant with lots of dark cherry, berry, spice, floral & tobacco — 8 months ago
Original price tag, this Crozes-Hermitage is really remarkable (I believe La Guiraude is a special cuvée?), meaty, smoky, classic aged French Syrah, long finish, amazingly this was the most ready to drink of these wines I’ve been posting tonight, and the favorite of at least one of our 6 tasters tonight!! With all that said, if anyone has bottles of this wine, it’s fully mature. — 9 months ago

Nice spice, great Syrah. — 8 months ago
After a rough stretch of vintages (14,15,16) for this producer, 2017 has it returned to form showcasing the unique Burgundian style to Côte-Rôtie that had it gain such a following early on. It wafts its stemmy spice aromatics with beef jerky, violets and and black pepper. It shows weightless intensity on the palate with a spine of minerality giving it lift and focus. Cordeloux is a tremendous success in 2017. — 9 months ago
Who the hell brought this awesome mag of Clape? Romo, you are awesome. 😛 — 9 months ago
This is a prime example of why Syrah is the king grape. My first Jamet, and what a beauty. — 10 years ago

Really nice Crozes with those pepper and bacon notes you expect but plush black fruit forward too. Quite tight — I got the real experience at 2.5 hours open. — 7 months ago
2019 vintage. Last tasted 3.8.25 (9.6) and 8.19.23 (9.5). Excellent fill and great cork. Decanted and tasted after 30 minutes. Small amount of chunky sed. Medium-heavy body but starting to slowly thin out. Excellent colo(u)r. Alongside the roasted nuts and smoked meats flavors, this drops a current cola-nut driven finish. Smooth and harmonious. Love this producer along with a nod to consumers/wine trade for keeping these ridiculous pricings down. 10.10.25. — 8 months ago
Dark berries, violets, forest floor and pepper leap from the glass. Blackberry bramble, leather, plum and roasted meat fills out the palate. The 2013 is still pretty tight - I'd say should really come into its prime in 2019-2020. — 9 years ago
Lovely wine with dinner at Paul Boucousse. Classic Cornas. Lovely layers of dried red fruits, violets and mountain herbs. Mineralogy and a nicely balanced acidity.. Most slurpable.. — 11 years ago
