Five Hop Experimental IPA

I'm becoming quite the Sierra Nevada fan. While it's nothing very fancy, as a hop head this hits all my right buttons. Love the flavor, well balanced, just overall a very solid drinkable beer. — 9 years ago

Wild Thing Damiano Vineyard Viognier 2016

From the Damiano vineyard in Placer County high in the Sierra Nevada. Picked a bit earlier than most Viogniers and barrel-fermented in mostly neutral French oak. No malo. Intensely perfumed with white flowers and exotic fruits. Round and ripe with refreshing acidity and without the seperate bitterness in the finish that spoils so many Viogniers. Delicate flowery and lenghty aftertaste. Delicious. 2016 vintage. Abv. 13,5 %. — 8 years ago

Wow! Changed my mind about Gamay. Soft silken strawberry on the palate, amazing acid/balance and long lovely finish. I m kicking myself I only purchased a third of my allocation. This is the last bottle in my cellar.

Super well made Belgian-style Dubbel. America's only abbey brewers and SN. Brown sugar and toast on the nose, malty and caramel in the mouth. Some characteristics from the wine barrels that it was aged in. Really nice. — 9 years ago
