Stunning zero dosage sparkling wine from the Loire Valley — this rivals most champagnes.
Pear, bruised apple, lemon, grapefruit, almond, oyster shells. A bit of yeastiness.
Perfectly balanced. — 9 months ago
eye: persistent but not aggressive bubbles, relatively gold in hue, transparent
nose: enticing aroma of pear compote sweetened with honey and very lightly accented with vanilla and citrus
palate: nectarines in cream, very fine bubbles, balancing acidity, no tartness, simple syrup w/ honey and slight mineral accents on the finish — 3 years ago

Drinking crazy good now. Rich, layered, early season crisp pear, white peach, floral. This is better than the last bottle a year ago, and is pushing 9.4 — 8 months ago
