Well structured and balanced, it displays an iconic ruby/garnet appearance, followed by secondary and tertiary aromas and flavors of woodland herbs, dried fruits and nuts, plus flavorsome balsamic nuances, and interesting red fruit undertones.
Overall, quite elegant and refined; medium bodied, with ample acidity, dusty tannins and a long, satisfying finish. If you’ve got it, now is the time. — 8 months ago

We had the 2010 Vintage on 5/26-27/25. An excellent Brunello with tastes and scents of red cherry, leather, herbs and spice. Tannins all smoothed out. Medium bodied, Old World and well balanced. This got better with time. — 7 months ago

Andrew Cullimore
Medium ruby , slightly wider ruby, garnet rim . Slightly more closed and serious ,spiced cherries , menthol , liquorice and dried rosemary and thyme . On the palate this shows good red fruits , with raspberry , red cherry , spiced red plum , with dried herbs and a liquorice hint . Quite gritty tannins and fresh acidity , saline tinged finish of good length . This needs a little more time , better in 2-5 years and will show well a further 5 or so — 6 months ago
