Robe dense. — 2 years ago
Impulse buy at Market Street Market but now our go-to Rose. Enjoying it tonight on Christmas Eve with mom, Keith, and Rose. — 4 years ago
Gorgeous wine from the 2000 vintage. Bright and vibrant but also full of savory, saline earthiness. Black and green olive, white truffle, dried fig, raspberry liqueur, black currant, orange pekoe tea, wet stone minerality, baking cocoa, black licorice, fresh earth, forest floor. Soft and supple, like velvet on the tongue. Mellow tannins that finish with a peppery note and surprisingly lively acidity. This can keep going for a while but I’m glad we opened it today. — 5 years ago
Semi-sweet, light and refreshing, good table wine — 6 years ago
I tasted this same 2010 about a year ago and wondered it would improve with further aging. I think the answer is yes.
This time around it shows more layered profile, with bruised apple, honeysuckle, beeswax, citrus peel, and wet stone leading the nose. The palate is broad and textured. Acidity has shaved off some hard edges, yet remains focus and intense. Engaging long finish. — 8 months ago

Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 3 years ago
Sweet aroma explosion. Light honey, Mirabelle plums, apricots, white tea, candied orange peel, yet it remains so fresh.
On the palate this is so balance, so juicy, v. sweet to still fresh. And there’s depth, a hint of tannic structure, a stony, mineral finish.

Lovely well balanced white CDP. White fruit and melons. — 5 years ago
Dry and bold with a lingering finish. Oak, tart cherries, and a hint of something that reminds me of really good olive brine. — 6 years ago
Lemongrass and minerals. Lovely! — 7 years ago
This was stunning. May have been my favorite bottle I’ve ever had.

Perfectly balanced. Subbed with hot smoked salmon, which otherwise is hard to pair with. I cannot remember a better white wine. $47. — 8 months ago
