Very nice wine. Bright up front with soft tannins after. — 6 years ago
Grape mash, blueberries, licorice. Fennel comes through strong.
Bought this one in February 2019 with a good friend. Busted it out for the premiere of Curb Your Enthusiasm after watching BB3 (Bad Boys For Life). Suffice to say it was a guys night.
The texture is more viscous than normal, smooth, pleasant. Even slight bubbles present. Taking on a flat kombucha flavor.
Blueberries. Rounded sweetness. Good structure.
This one surprised me. Especially the slight natural carbonation and fennel seed bouquet. Hint of mangoes in the mid palate, no joke. — 6 years ago
A wine we brought back from a wine bistro called Boconariz in Santiago a couple of years ago, this is absolutely terrific. Beautiful, intense red-purple color, the tannins are sweet and rich with a great hint of camphor on the nose. Well-integrated tannins with a rich mouthfeel, that camphor component is a bit more amplified on the palate, but not overwhelming by any means. Lingering, balanced finish. Hard to gauge how much longer this will continue to develop, but my guess is that’s it’s peaking right now. Terrific example of a carmenere! — 7 years ago

Approachable now, really nice, good fruit, clean, good acid, balanced, grip from tannin. More modern in style. Good value. Tangy. — 8 years ago

Picked up this bottle in October at the winery in Chianti. Enjoying it in Arizona for our anniversary. Fantastic wine. Highly recommend it. — 9 years ago
Love El Molino (their Chards are among my favorite) and this Rutherford Pinot is amazing and a rarity (I'm not sure if anyone else makes a Pinot from this town). This is fruit-forward with bright cherries and strawberries, light oak and nice acidity. Great people too and one of my favorite places to visit in the Valley. Their wines have never let me down. — 9 years ago

Cor intensa mas não vibrante. Corpo médio. Aroma de frutas e um pouco de álcool. O sabor é de vinho maduro e com amadeirado bem evidente. — 4 years ago
