2011 subtle, orange zest or maybe pith perfume, coriander seed, sumac. Opening w air, lots of middle Eastern mojo, touch of lamb jus? Still, drunk way too young, worked hard for those flavours! Pomegranate acidity and cherries; Super subtle w a great future. Need another bottle to cellar. — 10 years ago

This is tasting perfect to open right now as a 2007. Black plum with a slight liquorish or anise flavor. Fine structured tannins. Really tasting great!!!! — 12 years ago

Sweet with good balance of acid. Loved paired with a pork mojo dish — 9 years ago
Took a chance on this one. It was only $4.99 at Whole Foods, so I picked it up to try. Super easy to drink. Uncomplicated and tasty out of the bottle without so much as a trip through the aerator. I had it with Cuban black beans and pork mojo. I will definitely be picking up more, and wouldn't hesitate to serve it to company, either! — 10 years ago

Perfect partner for rotisserie chicken, wrinkled potatoes, mojo rojo, Sunday night. Elliot's wine. Great balance, just my kind of Burgundy! 2006 vintage. — 10 years ago

Needs an hour to get its mojo going. Just sorting minerally and acidic if you pop and pour. Lovely yeasty nose. Nice richness on the palate. Great acid mineral Finish. Do NOT pop and pour this. Bought from Fass selections. — 9 years ago
