Just tried the Michael Michaud 2002 Chardonnay! Super interesting. A little bit of sherry and tawny port characteristics. Still fresh, though and feeling more balanced that the heavy 2010 I also tried that day (Sat). — 10 years ago

The label is impossible to photograph. This is the Michaud 2010 Pinot Blanc, Chalone Appellation, The Pinnacles National Monument, Monterey County. Creamy, rich & fairly complex, reminiscent of vieille vignes. Color is darker than most whites. Notes of honey or honeysuckle, peach and green apple. Unusual, very interesting yet drinkable. — 9 years ago

This is a beautifully polished single-vineyard Washington wine. It is extremely big and polished, with lots of bright red ripe currant and plum fruits, a silky mouthfeel, and very restrained on the oak. This wine will impress your friends. — 5 years ago
