Pale straw yellow. Clear. Smal nice bubbles. Dry, crisp and elegant. Apples, citrus and brioche on the nose. Lemon, grapefruit and toasted bread on the palate. Yeasty and buttery. Long finish. Wonderfully paired with sushi. — 9 years ago

One of the best Bourgogne Rouge out there. Always brings me back to my Zuni days. — 5 years ago

From Domestique 4/13/19 for tagine, but only opened 2013 in garden on 4/27/19. Chlorine smell for J; lemon, thyme, chives, cloves, vanilla. Mouthfeel and long finish of pine. Pretty rich for Muscsdet. Expected salinity. Malted Easter egg shells. — 7 years ago
Fresh and crisp. A nice balance between sweetness and acidity. Wild strawberries, red grapefruit and biscuits in the finish. — 9 years ago

Gorgeous Blanc. Showing some oak. Good intensity and weight. Lovely. — 12 years ago
2013. In a great spot. Expressive nose with layers of ripe cherries & plums. The fruit follows a similar path on the palate. At the Bourgogne level, I don’t expect the complex fruit, smoke & hints of fennel to emerge so beautifully. The complex flavors find a wonderful balance with the ethereal palate weight and chalky tannins. This is fresh, but the acidity is behind the flavors and textures right now. — 6 years ago
Excellent mature but not over the hill Bourgogne rouge. Big improvement from my last off bottle — 7 years ago
Ripe but still fresh and delicious for its level. — 8 years ago
Earthy notes on the nose. Slight bitterness but not as pronounced. Red apple skins. Green apple on the finish. This wine wants to be drunk with any food. Good — 9 years ago
