Lovely artisan wine with deep blackberry notes and few tannins. — 10 years ago
This is just fantastic 12 years in. The complexity, structure, elegance are there to last many more. Phenomenal across all the senses, this is a masterpiece of Margaux. The fruits are gorgeous and silky and the earthy and herbaceous elements are so harmonious. The finish is lengthy and glorious. Outstanding! 2003 vintage — 10 years ago
Wonderfully bold, red fruit bouquets and notes all the way from the start to the finish. A masterpiece. — 11 years ago
Elegant, austere, , powerful, unique, divine. Ten years on yeasts. Intense parfume of a good dark rhum and then... toasted notes, dried fruit, hazelnut, raisins, honey, bread, a drop of oxydation. Pure warm sensations. An impressive structure. A beautiful intense yellow color. Infinite persistence. Unbalanced (for a millimeter) towards the line of rhum but it's, for sure, a masterpiece for its body and its originality. — 9 years ago
2010 is an incredible value. truth is the acid isn't totally integrated yet, but it's still gorgeous: heady aromatics of kirsch, red flowers and baking spice also show on palate, accented by chalky minerality. fine, feathery tannin and shimmering (if overbearing) acidity complete the picture. in 2+ years this will be a masterpiece. — 10 years ago
Amazing Merlot!!! Pure pleasure - an extraordinary mix of power freshness and complexity. A masterpiece. Those who know me, know that I don't easily grant 5 stars. But here each star is well deserved!!!
My score 95, drink 2014-2028!
The wine is almost black in color, the nose is seductive and essentially you fall in love with this wine from the first sniff. The aromas are rich and concentrated, plum, black cherry, sweet spices, licorice, coffee, chocolate, blueberry jam and much more. Body is full, chewy, rich intense , rich and extracted, a rare combination of fruit forward and freshness, the tannins are round, smooth and caressing, the light acidity keeps you addicted. The finish is long, and addictive.. Impossible to stop drinking it — 10 years ago

2005. Masterpiece. — 11 years ago
2011. A freight train, there's no other description. The nose is a bright, earthy, big fruit, cassis, cedar, wet leaves. Body is still tight, tannic, but the fruit is clearly discernable. The finish drags on and on, Still young, but already fantastic. In 10 years, it will be a masterpiece. Cellar it for at least 5 years. — 9 years ago
A masterpiece. An alluring whisp of RS rounds out lively stone fruit honeysuckle and pear, and lingers long after. Only 120 cs produced, get one if you can! — 10 years ago
Still so tightly wound. But this is a masterpiece that will show its full potential with a little patience. — 10 years ago
Great bang for your buck with this Russian River gem! — 11 years ago
