medium bodied, plum and cherry on the nose, slight tart finish. best Super Tuscan at this price point to-date! — 4 years ago
Second time having this, but a different vintage. Full bodied. The colour is purple... electric. Very big. Needs some time to mellow out. — 6 years ago
Tasted at the winery. — 7 years ago
I think this wine would worth a greater score on a better vintage.
Still, delicious even if so austere and thight. A great wine. — 8 years ago
Drank this in a little village about 30 miles outside of Rome at a special dinner arranged by our travel agent and prepared just for the two of us. The wine complemented the dinner well. — 8 years ago

Wonderful Super Tuscan! Bordeaux-like character of tobacco and tanned leather with more reserved tannins and a bit more fruit. Would like to taste in 2020. — 8 years ago
Bright fruity aroma, light to medium body but very well balanced and smooth. — 8 years ago

Smoke and earth, good fruit and little tannins. Delicious! — 2 years ago
On the nose a stable, dark fruit, wet leaves, licorice. A big wine in other words, this Super Tuscan blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 15% Alicante, 10% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Franc. On the palate there is softness, round, dark fruit, some tobacco. A lively wine with a bite. Great surprise. — 5 years ago
Great value @ $11, if this was a chianti, it would easily be around $25.
Black cherry, tobacco, and a touch of smoke. — 7 years ago
Love 👌🏻🌈👍🏻❤️ — 7 years ago
A fantastic Maremma wine year in year out. Mostly Cab Franc providing silkyness and pure red fruit while Sangiovese is responsible for structure. A great buy for 24 Euros. — 8 years ago

Very good. At this moment in time not much difference between this and the 2020 Tignanello that we drank next to it. Same style. This one being much more open and less backbone, the Tignanello needs more time with more to come. — a year ago
