꺼내놓고 좀 식히니까 향이 확실히 살아난다. 바닐라나 오크향이 올라오고 마시면 바닐라에서 오는 고소함?이 있다

은아는 기름냄새가 난다고하는데 난다고 생각하고 맡아보다보니까 딱 잡아진다!

Quite deep ruby , garnet core with quite wide garnet rim . Apparently quite a deep , healthy colour for the age. Quite herbal on the nose , dried spices , coffee , with old wood , cacao , touch of mint and spicy tobacco . On the palate this shows good elegance , with sous bois , cassis , dried cherry , tobacco , grafite and rose tinged black tea . Quite fresh acidity and lightly drying tannins . Reasonable length , spicy , herbal tinged finish . Though this is still giving quite a lot of pleasure it is probably at the end of its drinking window , so I would drink up bottles in the near future . — 2 months ago

Deep ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary and secondary aromas of cherries, raspberries, and graphite; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blackberries, tart cherries, and crushed gravel with a long finish. Has Vermentino fallen out of favour with Italians and is being replaced by a taste for Chardonnay?
Maybe but I don't want to believe it yet.
On hot summer days there is not much more refreshing than a well chilled glass of Vermentino. Chilled is a must - it still has enough oomph in the nose to release its floral essence. Once it comes up to room temp it can be overwhelmingly perfumey IMHO. Good acid balance.
I'm pretty convinced that you can trust anything from Fontori to be a solid choice. — 3 months ago
