From Aube in southern Champagne, pale lemon color, light creamy mousse, tiny bubbles, with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, underlying toasty notes, dry with 8g of residual sugar. On the palate flavors of apple and peach with lime citrus zest, honeysuckle and chalky nuttiness. Lively acidity with good balance, long finish ending with fruit, biscuit and slight chalky notes. — 6 months ago

Very clean and crisp. Light orange notes, rose petals, white grape, and nectarine notes. Mineral notes of slate. Admittedly I don’t have a ton of experience with champagnes, but I’d come back to try more of this. — 6 years ago
