It’s no secret PYCM made incredible 11’s. Les Caillerets couldn’t have shown better tonight, fully open and giving wafting from the glass with layers of white peach, toasted hazelnut and pastry cream. The palate is impeccably refined, elegant, pure and chiseled with racy lemony acids, superb weight for the vintage and a long stony mineral inflicted finale. Excellent, and still quite young. — 10 months ago

On the nose: bruised apple, medicinal.herbs, a fair amount of va, and then loads of slate...this btl has blown off the struck match reduction. On the palate: very good acidity, hi-toned lemon and soft lemon oil. Finishes quickly. Ok. — 6 years ago
