This is a 100 % organic Syrah grown on decomposed granite hillsides in Saint Joseph, displaying violet, ripe black fruits with hint of dried blueberry, black pepper and vanilla. Slightly musky, dusty, med plus body with great acidity and med plus tannin. A wonderful Saint Joseph has depth, structure, and fruitiness. — 7 years ago
One of the most beautiful whites I have had in ages. — 8 years ago

Some interesting VdT right here. A little sweet, a little funk, a lot of zip. — 9 years ago
Pale pink color fresh cut flowers. Well balanced clean and bright. This is what Provence Rose should taste like — 10 years ago

Beautiful perfumed dark red fruit nose, taught and tense right now, not much body... — 10 years ago
レーズン、プルーン、シナモン、土の香り。甘やか。やわらかなタンニンと酸、余韻が細く長くつづく。素晴らしい — 12 years ago
So freaking good — 13 years ago
Like a Pinot noir with a bit of funky hay and some overripe blackberries with a hint of clove... super yum. A few layers, fruit, then spice, but simple enough to enjoy anytime. — 6 years ago
Excellent! — 7 years ago
Fruit forward, very pleasant, complex without being tannic — 7 years ago
Awesomeness in a bottle! — 8 years ago
More natural than I prefer for burg, but still great. Took an hour or so to open up so that the Pinot and vosne quality shined. Idk what the oak regime was in this vintage but I couldn’t taste much. Very diffuse, earthy and a little funky. — 8 years ago
Enjoyed this more than my first bottle a few months ago. Has settled down a bit. Quaffable, bright tart red fruit. Again was better on day 2. Not "pure" bottling — 9 years ago

Oh right, that's why I like French Malbec better then Argentine. Red, spicy, but not too inky or floral. — 11 years ago
Fresh and subtle, but lacking something- probably time — 6 years ago
Bought at Nicolas rue de Saint Dominique. The most close I am looking for a full-time bodied wine, but not very complex — 7 years ago
A lovely red wine for our evening! — 8 years ago
A very mineral red with great red fruit and spices, in a somewhat rustic but delightful way. Excellent at this price point and 2012 is drinking really well !!! — 8 years ago

Rhonely Boy
Prieure Saint-Hippolyte - Languedoc - Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino
Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.
Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.
Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.
