Had at CSF Wine & Words April 2015. Liked it then and also with José *2 & Julia. — 10 years ago
Amazing. 😳 Words can't describe. Still delicious — even after 38 years. Fruit, smooth tanins, and silky with a "dusty rose" finish. — 10 years ago

great new cote rotie blend of cote blonde and brune with 5% viognier aged 38 months in barrels mada at their own cooper in the chateaux-great seminar at rhone ranger event — 12 years ago
Dark fruits, dusty tannins, lively and focused on the palate. Not bad for 38 years young. — 9 years ago
Vivid straw yellow color and aromas of fresh fruit, green apples and citrus with floral notes. The palate was rich and with layered flavors of peach, apple and vanilla spice. The wine had a generous mineral taste with oak, noting that the wine sat on French oak, (38% new). The 2014 was drinking very well, however a little time in the cellar would gain some added benefit. — 9 years ago
A very clean and competent Left Bank blend. 38% new oak, 13.5%, 2/3 CS. Black cherry and cassis light on the nose, with medium body and modest complexity. Better than expected for a Maryland wine. Keeps up with the better VA Bordeaux blends — 10 years ago

Cheaper, kind of sweet, but not too bad. Would definitely buy again. A bit of spice, but not too noticeable. Enjoyed it. — 10 years ago

Sean Wallner - WSET II
Earthy tones with ripe raspberries and strawberries. Notes of cocoa and spice. Really fantastic and will do well with some aging. — 9 years ago
