Nice easy drinking red. Good with the Bolognese pizza and the rather spicy ricotta gnocchi. — 10 months ago
Gorgeous fruit and softer tannins that firm up and need opening time, anise, tar, rose pedal, blood orange, — 4 years ago
First 2024 wine!! This is really excellent - haven’t had this grape (albana) before. Orange but in the way that I like - no overly “natural” funk and instead just excellent stony fruit and some great grip. Very juicy and almost savory with a long finish. Great value at $22. — 5 months ago
Sourced from 65 year old vines, sitting in rich clay soils. Medium Ruby with complex aromas of berry fruits, oak and fresh floral scents. On the palate dried tart cherry, tobacco, licorice, espresso and fresh herbs give this full-body wine grace and elegance. Soft fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and earthy notes, well balanced, enjoyable now and has room to run over the next decade. Very Nice! — 9 months ago
Crisp Apple/ Cider taste. — 2 years ago
Too young, however a good representation of a young blended Barolo. — 7 years ago

Aug 2025: PnP ready, very good nose, almost lost fruit, strong tannins. Very nice first 30 min, then faded away quickly in one hour — 10 years ago

Vintage 2021 | dark colour, blackberry, plum, hint of violets. A rounded taste with spice. Beautiful balance. I like this wine that is a bit arrogant and playing hard to get. — 2 months ago
