Nicely profiled aged Beaujolais showing complexity of autumnal forest coming into ripened but lovely fruits. — 5 months ago
Medium dark rubi robe, slightly faded brick on the sides. Nose of spices, mint and cherries. Very light on its feet with medium bodied feel, elegant and complex, spicy and floral. Truly excellent. We bought a case in 2007 and bottles have been in the cellar all these years. This is truly excellent and no rush. We had diner tonight to comemorate Adriana’s birthday. — 7 months ago

Dark fruit. Enjoyed it. — 5 years ago
Huge dark fruit and still primary at this time. The oak is hardly noticeable given its age and the tannins are soft. This can age based on the amount of fruit, I just wonder how it will hold up given how soft the tannins are. Definitely drinkable now. — 4 months ago

2021 vintage. Last tasted 07.23.24 (9.2). This bottle (like that one, tasted at a fave resto) chilled down a bit and traced over 1.25 hours. That bottle $120 then...now...same bottle $140 off the list. This visit a tad tighter and closer to the vest. Still very nice. 01.21.25. — 4 months ago
Vintage 2009 | This is a Pomerol with a certain strictness. We tasted it blind next to a left bank wine but the tasters did not recognize this as a right bank wine. It seems to be made for the long haul, with clear tannines even after 15 years. Good integrated wood with a light vanilla impression. — 8 months ago

Great effort in this not so great vintage.
Well-balanced, soft, supple, lovely fruit, some stemmy/green notes of course, some spices and minerals as well and sufficient stuffing and body to boot. — 3 months ago
