Very expressive combination of floral and mineral aromas. Mouth puckering acidity that handcuffs any fruit that wants to get flabby. There is something about Beckstoffer Georges III vineyard Cabernets that I almost always love. Like this wine, they almost always have a beautiful combination of black cherry and blueberry fruit in abundance. Maybe not as serious and structured as a To Kalon or a Dr. Crane cab, but so pleasurable and makes me so happy! — 8 years ago

Pale lemon color. Intense nose of lemon, herb and green apple. High acidity, medium body and a tart finish. This is a great Sauvignon blanc not as exuberant as the typical CA style SB. I love this.
