2010. Just perfect — 7 years ago
Crazy, deep caramel but not oxidized and good acidity. — 8 years ago
Not a fancy label, but a fancy Pinot indeed. Delicious, bright acid, ripe cherry, rhubarb, cola. The 2012 is ready to drink now... Cooler cellars might can handle another 3-4 years, but why wait? — 9 years ago
One of the top pinots I have ever had — 10 years ago
Goldenrod in color and butterscotch on the nose. Very nice bottle. — 10 years ago
Fully mature but still very much alive for a 2001 — 11 years ago
Drank 10/17/13 with chicken breast, lentils and green beans. Excellent from the start. — 13 years ago
Decent but over shadowed by others — 7 years ago
Really really good. Young dark and brooding. What is in store for the next decade with this wine. — 7 years ago
Probably the most enjoyable California Chard I've had. Reminded me of a more complex Kistler. Same full bodied, full nose and rich texture as a kistler, but more layers of flavor. Lots of tropical fruit, some butter scotch and layers of earthiness to round it out. 2014 vintage. — 10 years ago
2009 Peter Michael Belle Cote Chardonnay. Dinner at Tap during staycation. Brought this out as a backup, thinking the '07 Kistler was probably dead- and it was. This wine, thankfully, was great. Well-balanced, not too much oak, honey, apricot, butter, brioche. Gentle finish. We really enjoyed this wine, perhaps more so than otherwise, due to its comp against the corked Kistler. — 10 years ago
Strawberry with orange zest. Has some mineral/dirt in the nose. — 11 years ago
Outstanding! WOTN. Perfectly integrated. Red fruit with lots of depth. A great example of an opulent and concentrated red from CA. Drinking at its top. — 13 years ago
Great wine, lots of fruit but lacks the depth of the DuMol or Kistler Chardonnays — 6 years ago
I love the balance and intensity of this Chardonnay — 6 years ago
Reminds me of Chablis. Elegant nose and great mouthfeel and finish. — 8 years ago
Kistler Vineyards Cuvee Cathleen Chardonnay 1997
枯れててトーストのよう。好みではない。 — 9 years ago
Trying out Stanford Wine Class. Pulled out three Pinots to taste test. I *loved* the old Kistler Pinots with their dark color, thick jammy viscosity and forest floor notes. The shift towards a lighter more typical Pinot while nice just doesn't make me go wow. It's nice but just that. — 9 years ago

カリピノ特有のパワフルな感じに加え、上品なフルーティーさの酸味が非常にポイント高い。

Mario Vaillancourt
Slight oak on the palate with soft spices and a dark fruit profile. The wine is medium to firm bodIed, has a nice energy, depth yet precision, and the fruit is delicious, there is a slight warmth on the fairly long finish though for me, only little tiny negative point. Worth many Burgundy Villages appellations. 90-91
90-91 — 6 years ago
