A bit fruitier than I was expecting…was billed as very dry…but nice flavor — 2 years ago
Buttery, prune, bramble, bay. Medium weight and slightly oily but also crunchy and delicious. Good value, will definitely buy again. — 4 years ago
Wow! Pinot gris/blanc and aligote Vinicius like a great CA Chardonnay, coming out in the best possible way. Took some time to open up but when it did it was outstanding. Still-fresh ripe pear, a hint of minerality, some cheese rind, the oxidative butterscotch and lemon curd are hidden under layers of freshness and acidity and there’s no hazelnut then you’d get in a chardonnay. What a wine! I’d hate to get it blind but it reminds of the fine examples of aged whites from Terlan, Vorberg in particular — 4 years ago
Like the Pinot Grigio, with character. More depth and minerality. — 5 years ago
Oily, full bodied, lots of flowers and honey and spice. Dry, good acid. High alcohol — 7 years ago
Pale lemon with green highlights. Fresh herbal aromas - honey, straw, and pear. Bone dry, medium+ acidity with honey, hay and green apple flavors. Crisp, light and refreshing with a nice stony character. — 8 years ago

One of the finest white wines I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. I’ve been a long-time Cantina Terlan fan, and have always had a soft spot for their $20 Pinot Bianco… but this takes things to another level. Polished, slightly saline-citrusy acidity, with muted limestone, and focused white peach and lime. It’s hard to condense this into a few descriptors. If you’re a Batard-Montrachet or Corton-Charlemagne fan, but can do with a little less French oak influence, and a little Muscadet Sevre et Maine, then this could be your jam. Looking forward to my next Alto Adige visit. Eataly Dallas (thanks to Derrek). — 4 years ago
