So, NOT A SPAT! It's very dry Mosel Riesling. Ways to find very dry Riesling 1) must be qualitat not Pradikat 2) must say trocken and not mention ripeness levels (kabinett, spat, etc) 3) alc is usually elevated, 12+.. I put spat because there's like 100 different options for this vineyard. Annoying. Anyways saline rubber nose, Meyer lemon salty spicy palate, heavy dried pineapple and grass to it. My friend studying to be a winemaker thought this was disgusting, I appreciate the honesty but it was solid😒😂 — 8 years ago
