The 2015 Pezat Red, Jonathan Maltus's entry-level red, is flat-out delicious. Sweet red cherry and plum fruit are front and center in this racy, open-knit wine. There is much to like, including the wine's very accessible price. I would prefer to drink this succulent Saint-Émilion over the next few years, while the fruit retains its youthful vibrancy. The nose is very nice, red fruits, spices a bit. The palate is fresh and balanced between a nice vivid acidity and fine grained tannins, the fruit is pure, precise and gorgeous. Not the most powerful and concentrated but always fresh and delicious.

Past its best, but there is more than one thing I like in this wine
Firstly the tactile perception in your mouth, the wine invades your oral cavity
And secondly it is still fresh and a mineral tone after few hours came out too
(it reminded me of a Montrachet Marquise de Laguiche 1986 for the power)

Very complex and aromatic nose with some flowery scents and some white fruit too along with lemon confit and a certain saline style that shows and develops on the palate too, yet the style is more Cote de Beaune than Chablis with some roundness and richness, full and enveloping the palate nicely but with enough tension to support it, very nice.
