Tart and fizzy pet nat, drinks as easily as a cider — 4 years ago
One of the best wines I’ve had in a while. Cidery and almost toeing the line of bruised apple. Later morphed and really became full of stone fruit. Apricots and canned peaches. This wine is alive. Just consume it over a few hours and watch it change in the glass. — 5 years ago
Deep and brooding dark fruit not quiet at peak — 6 years ago
Blackberries and currents to spare with a mineral finish. Went very well with a steak seasoned with Adobo. And grilled zucchini from the garden — 9 months ago
Attaque florale et végétale, grasse, puis acidité agréable, notes citronnées, ensuite de fruits blancs, un peu de coumarine. Merveilleux ! (2017) — 2 years ago

Lemon oil, citrus rind, white flowers, ocean mist, golden apple. Clear minerality, slightly briny finish. Excellent purity and focus for a village level cuvée. Tremendous value. — 6 years ago
