I have known for years that Paso Robles makes great wine. This is an excellent example of what perfect weather, abundant water and great soils can produce. Cabernet Franc is currently enjoying a resurgence in popularity as a varietal wine, and this is an exemplary effort. Dark ruby in color, the tannic structure is medium, and the cherry and blueberry fruits really shine through. The finish manages to be both slightly sweet and a touch tart. I recommend chilling and then decanting for perhaps an hour. — 8 years ago

The free bottle the Westin gave me for my birthday. A nice sparkling wine for sure. Dry - but not too much, and just enough sweet. I enjoyed it very much with the rich piece of chocolate cake they also treated me to as well. — 9 years ago

Delicate plum and cherry, complimented by a touch of black pepper and cigar box.
