This is the favorite dinner wine for Amanzio of Enoteca Vino Nostro. The Lombardia nebbiolo is lighter on the palate than the Langhe wines to the south. It has the roses and a hint of violet, but no tar or earthy flavors. Excellent with pasta and eggplant! — 9 years ago
