A terrific wine from Riley Hubbard (assistant winemaker at Desperada who now has her own label). Great delineation on the palate enveloped by nice fruit, this wine has a beautiful profile in terms of its fruit/acidity balance. The finish is a bit clipped, but I suspect these edges will round out with some time in bottle. This is an unpolished gem in Paso: try it for yourselves!!! — 7 years ago

Hubba hubba! This wine has some hips. It is toned, but extremely curvy. Dark chocolate, rich vanilla, cassis and black berries. It all works together so well. Oakville's tannins, but curved nicely across the palate. — 9 years ago
