I’ve had two cases of this in the past year - seem to grab a bottle every other trip to the cellar. It never fails to please. — 8 years ago
Absolutely love this wine, juicy and natural to the hilt. — 9 years ago

Part of the Bespoke Post Reserve box. Aerate using Blade Decanting Pourer. Sweet but pleasant zing to the tip of the tongue, enough complexity to make it a mouthful. Very nice. — 9 years ago
Smooth, nice drink — 10 years ago
This chardonnay is a gastronomic wine and will pair very well with chicken, pork and fish. I drank it with Sous Vide prepared salmon with lemon risotto and it was excellent and made the wine smoother. The complex flavors in the wine like lemon and custard are very intense and the the acid, fruit and mineral are very well balanced. A bone dry chardonnay and probably not everyones cup of tea. — 6 years ago
Strawberries, cherries and an angel’s kiss in Spring...with a hint of lime.....a perfect pre-Blade Runner tipple — 8 years ago
Cinque Terre means five lands. Yellow with gold hue, lemon and tangerine peel, crushed rock, wet stone and rusty blade. On the palate: slightly flint, high acidity, apricots, lemon curd, yellow bouquet floral note, silky texture with smooth coating in the mouth. Say 12.5 % abv on the label but feel more in the mouth. Min 40% Bosco with Max 40% Albarola/Vermentino combined. — 8 years ago
Warm mixed black & red berries, elegant, soft spice, red dry florals, medium tannins, soft leather, good length, structure, balance and tension. Photos; Old fashion destemer that has an old fashion push lawnmower blade inside. Cabernet fruit brought in that morning just moved in concrete open top fermenters. — 9 years ago
Cold climate nebbiolo. A truly exciting wine. Soil driven to the hilt. Raw meat. — 9 years ago
Photo from file. 2004 Vintage. The cork just disintegrated but somehow the wax top saved the wine. Poured it trough a stained into decanter and then was wine of the night at poker. Drink up but have a strainer and decanter ready. Perhaps an ah-so twin blade cork puller would have done better and will try that on future bottles of this. It trumped a 2012 Saxum Broken Stones. — 7 years ago
Superb wine surprise from special dinner guests. They know our pallet. Everyone will enjoy this. It’s a treat. — 8 years ago
Lights out. Knock out. Thought this might be past its prime, but the first whiff raised an eyebrow and the first sip made me howl like Ric Flair. Stunning and right at its apogee. The best Northern California Syrah I’ve ever tasted. Decadent blackberry and boysenberry, with an array of meat from coppa to bacon, and seasoned to the hilt with pepper. Clove, leather, and lavender, with savory minerality that is killer. — 8 years ago
Very pale yellow. Nose is expressive with apples, orange blossoms, honey dew melon, and just a blade of lemon grass. It's medium to full bodied with a silky mouthfeel, but it's still zingy and lively as hell. An explosion of tart apples and lemon lollipop command the palate, with mineral and fresh garden herbs. It finishes tart but with a heavy coating that lets the flavors linger. — 9 years ago
For my 1000th bottle here on Delectable I'll just post this. By far the best white wine I've ever tried. Longer than long, brighter than sun, sharper than a razor blade, lazer precision and just insane complexity. I solo'ed this bottle and couldn't been happier. Here's to the next thousand! — 10 years ago
