It's got a bit of a smooth chalky-ness with subtle berries and a brief burn down the throat. I'd imagine it's something Lawrence from Princess and the Frog would drink if Naveen let him. Maybe with some of those minced mushrooms? — 9 years ago

About me: I prefer light or medium bodied, semi-sweet, soft/smooth, fruity nose, weak or medium flavor, clean finish. Don't care for very sweet, acidic, dry, crisp, oaky, bitter, peppery, tannic, strong, heavy. Usually don't eat when I drink wine. Rating only reflects my preference.
Review: Opens creamy, quite sweet with pronounced cherry flavor. Followed by some oak (though it's prepared in steel drums) and very mild bitterness. Finish slightly mineral with mild cherry. Reminds me of port. Bought a case. — 8 years ago
Sauvignon Blanc 04: similar in nose to Herzog sur lie, green, greengage, yeasty, leesy, savoury and nutty. Toasted?! Fuller, savoury, yeasty, with a creamy note. Light in acid but very interesting. Green, savoury, and nutty. Interesting long length! 91 — 9 years ago
Ripe cantaloupe on the nose. Butter on the mouth and very creamy mouth feel. Almost no fruit, but some apple/pear. Excellent with a citrusy, creamy pasta. — 7 years ago

Amazing. Breathtaking. Hands down the best Kosher wine I’ve had. Perhaps one of the best Cabs I’ve had too. — 6 years ago
