Alto Adige on full display with tart bitterness of pitted fruits and slate. Lush tropical notes and a hint of vanilla (the Chard?) round out the frame. Not much of a finish to speak of. This never disappoints. Fruity and well balanced acidity make it a nice aperative on a hot summer day. The bells of the Santa Maria della Costa on 20 meters give it an extra uplift. The view is spectacular btw. — 9 months ago
