Some sweet prune, tobacco and baking spices on the nose. Medium bodied and a touch more tannic than the typical CA zin at this stage. On the palate this zin is broody, still jammy, with an acidic finish. I think it has years to go still (4-7) before it peaks. Notes of plum, tobacco and ripe blueberry. Yum! — 5 years ago
