A blend of 78% Cab Sauvignon, 13% Merlot & 9% Cab Franc, aromas of rich fruits, spice and floral notes. On the palate cherry, raspberry and plum flavors with leather spice and sweet cacao tones. What a mouthful of white burgundy! Yum. More years to go but probably near peak? Last glass after 6 days. Opened another 8/30/18 at frog hollow Jim visit. By mistake. Thought it was a red. Excellent still. Great texture and acidity with biting long finish. — 10 years ago
