@Delectable Wine - This is the Halbtrocken. Color looks like permafrost-preserved wooly mammoth piss. In a good way. Unique style to say the least. Nose has loads of tart green apple, a sprightly herbal note, and pungent crushed stone. Very dry for a Halbrtrocken. Zingy acids and a flume of minerality. Amazingly youthful. — 3 years ago

Pale gold. Interplay of cultured cream and papaya with lemon, golden apple and tea rose follow through. Specks of lime scent swirl, discombobulated in the frozen, underripe pineapple expanse. Toasty frame drops quickly in a lemon and lime juice flume made of sterling silver. Kafir leaves in lightest brine add a minerality that defines the space including a real suggestion of white pepper on the finish. Despite the description, this is not overly racy, instead, relying on its needles and pins to deliver the concentrated citric doses with precision. Finely ground chalk and salt rock it’s high mark. .
