Light straw color. Floral nose with sweet apricot and white flower note. Rich and glycerol in the mouth. Some acidity but this is very fruit forward today. Needs to shed its baby fat. — 10 years ago
Much more body than a Loire cab franc, but not overpowering - well balanced with dark red fruit notes — 11 years ago
Hay/grass. Tiny bit of honey/white flower pollen. Touch of kiwi. Medium plus acidity, very little oak, lasting finish. — 11 years ago
Brambly red berry fruits. High acid and untamed, a wild expression of #pinotnoir #nzwine — 9 years ago
Purple/red flower on the nose, candied cherry, tiny touch of black pepper, thyme, mint, cinnamon, nutmeg, medium plus tannin, a touch of tobacco, cocoa powder, beautiful and velvety. A very nice Chinon. Had pasta asparagus/mushroom pasta with anchovy garlic butter sauce with it. It's a wonderful pairing. — 10 years ago
Give this one an hour of air. It opens like a flower and reveals complexity with deep leather, plum, oak and minerals. — 11 years ago
This is a really Good Wine!! With flower fragancy and an intense flavor! — 11 years ago
Perplexing as it is seductive. Bright citrus, tangerine, white flower attack. Rich mid palate of stewed peach, ripe banana and candied walnut. Oak grip has found its place incredibly well. Cinnamon spice evolves with slight clove and lingering peppermint. — 10 years ago
Its funky and fruity and delicious #theproperpour — 10 years ago
Beautiful - very drinkable and refreshing summer rose. — 11 years ago
Really impressive Marsanne. Seashell, lemon custard, white flower. Pure, precise. And it had braille on the label! — 11 years ago
Appropriate for style but not my kind of Viognier. Just way to big, viscous, and lacking vibrancy. A flower bomb in the nose and palate. — 12 years ago
