Light straw gold, light and long bubbles. Grapefruit rind, lemon rind, ripe pear, calcium, chalk on the nose. Getting a salinity on the nose. Very citrusy, lightly floral, super lovely, medium plus acidity, alcohol low, super fun, lighthearted, exciting wine. — 8 years ago
Much darker, earthier and herby Sauvignon than Roblins Terres Blanches — 9 years ago
Interesting. Very effervescent initially. Cloudy, unfiltered appearance and flavor profile definitely has some yeast / witbier to it in addition to lemon, pear cider, white flowers and some spice. I wouldn’t call it classic Alsatian Riesling but solid addition to the T-day table — 5 years ago

Excellent wine. Very smooth with great nose and exquisite finish. — 7 years ago
Very nice balance that stood up to several courses including pork belly and halibut. Not as acidic as expected. — 8 years ago
New wine for me. Not a typical sauv Blanc by any means. Nice layers that were unexpected. Fruit and finish. Nice. Scribner in hunter. Great addition to Catskills scene! — 9 years ago

Cherries & pine. First wine we’ve tried from Savoie. Loved it, reminded us of what we love in reds from the Loire. — 5 years ago
