It's been 15 months since my last bottle of this gem, and time has given the wine clearly a more fatty and ripe character in the midpalate. There are all kinds of stony goodness, lemon cream, a soft spicy edge, petrol nuances and a salivating balance of acidity and sweetness. Truly a fantastic Kabinett and, at under 6€ a bottle (!!), this has a spectacular QPR.

Jan 19th, 2017A tad shy on the nose, more extravert on the palate. Juicy, sappy midpalate, tart apples, ginger ale, lemon curd, rocky touch in the back. Revitalizing wine! And an amazing QPR.
