Interesting. Very effervescent initially. Cloudy, unfiltered appearance and flavor profile definitely has some yeast / witbier to it in addition to lemon, pear cider, white flowers and some spice. I wouldn’t call it classic Alsatian Riesling but solid addition to the T-day table — 5 years ago

What the…

The bouquet is literally lychee. Like actually lychee. Like when I was growing up and my mom would take me to Jackson Heights and the fruit guy would have a thousand lychees in a cart on the street. It smells like that.

Color is a beautiful yellow gold. Like American gold wedding rings.

Wow.

I mean it literally taste like lychee juice. It’s teetering on dessert wine tbh. But it’s only been 6 years since the harvest. Wild. Alsatian wine is wild. — a year ago
