2017 Vintage off the restaurant wine list for a white with our appetizers. Very crisp and dry for a Fiano, more leaning towards Chablis with good acidity. Enjoyed more than usual Viognier fatter styles. — 6 years ago

[note for Fiano Bowland Vineyard, 2020 (sorry couldn’t find the correct entry] 25 cases made, 10 months fermentation in neutral barrel (228L). Full malo. Golden hue with green tints slightly hazy. Beautifully round texture. Meyer lemon, sweet pear drop, lemon Meringue pie, stone fruits - peach white apricot, hints of fresh pineapple (and pineapple candy) elevated acidity, long finish. — 3 years ago
