Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, bell pepper, forest floor, herbs, and dark cherry. On the palate, blueberry, dark berry, cassis, pepper, spice, toasted oak, vanilla, chocolate, and a long finish. Full bodied, rich and balanced. — 6 months ago
Dandelion yellow. Lemon on the nose, light acidity. Full bodied, classic buttered popcorn finish. Notes of pear, lemon, vanilla. — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed with brunch. The Trento Brut pours a light straw color with persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apple, white peach, fresh brioche, lemon curd and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Easily some of the best bubbles available for $25. Disgorged in 2024. Drink now. — 4 months ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits, herb, tobacco and forest notes, aged 19 months in French oak, 54% new. On the palate flavors of blackberry and blueberry fruit with licorice, cacao, leather and oak, well balanced. Fine ripe tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak and spice. A pleasure to drink. Very nice. — 10 days ago
