This wine is so complete. Richness with acidity. Fruit and mineral. A finish that goes and goes.
Decided to open it with the first meal from the years first Farmer's Market. Roasted Asparagus with Garlic Scape Oil and Lion's Mane Mushrooms in Butter. A great pair. — 10 years ago

botanical garden: mint, basel, eucalyptus, lavender, cloves. Then some honey, caramel, a slight-to-me-great oxidation. Sounds of applause. — 11 years ago
Another extremely vivid and lively beer from Almanac. Vivid fruit, but seamlessly integrated. So lively, you feel it in your gums. Summer 2013 — 11 years ago
I like gin that doesn't taste like flowers and this gin has great botanical flavors without the roses. — 12 years ago

Literally a hybrid of Muscat wine & Almanac beer! — 10 years ago
No head whatsoever and very faint carbonation. Funky nose contrasted with an extremely tart flavor. Sour blood orange is the dominant flavor. Funkiness present but not commensurate with tartness. Overall, it's a very high quality sour. Better than the pluot, but you have to really love mouth puckering sours. — 10 years ago
