This wine is so complete. Richness with acidity. Fruit and mineral. A finish that goes and goes.
Decided to open it with the first meal from the years first Farmer's Market. Roasted Asparagus with Garlic Scape Oil and Lion's Mane Mushrooms in Butter. A great pair.
